PDF Page Reorder
Reorder PDF pages securely in your browser. Your documents are never uploaded to a server—100% offline, private page management.
Rearrange PDF pages by dragging and dropping thumbnails with SolveBar's PDF Page Reorder tool. Delete unwanted pages, preview all pages before committing, and download your reorganized PDF — completely browser-based.
When page reordering is needed
Scanned documents often come out with pages in the wrong order. Assembling a document from multiple sources may produce the wrong page sequence. Inserting a new page into the middle of an existing document requires reordering.
Drag and drop workflow
Pages are rendered as thumbnail previews using pdf.js. Drag any thumbnail to a new position — the other thumbnails reflow to show the new order. Mark pages for deletion with the × button. When satisfied, click Download to generate the reordered PDF.
Combining reorder with other PDF tools
For complex document assembly: use the PDF Splitter to extract specific pages from multiple source documents, then combine them using the PDF Merger in the right order.
Frequently Asked Questions
How many pages can I reorder at once?
No hard limit, but rendering thumbnails for very long documents (100+ pages) takes time as each page is rendered from the PDF.
Can I insert blank pages?
Not in this tool. For adding blank pages, use Adobe Acrobat or combine with a blank page PDF using the merger.
Is the page quality preserved after reordering?
Yes. Reordering is a structural operation — it rearranges page references without re-encoding any content. Quality is identical to the original.
